Central Office Staff
The Central Office Staff is responsible for the overall operations of the Residence Life program at Otterbein University. They handle student concerns and counseling referrals, parent and family relations, residence hall facilities and staffing, staff training and selection, housing assignments and roommate issues, Commons Apartments and Theme Houses, room changes, room and meal plan billing inquiries, refunds, meal plan changes and information, and more. Assistant Directors of Residence Life (ADRL)
ADRL's are professional staff members who all hold a Master's degree in a Student Affairs field. Their main responsibilities include the supervision of Resident Assistants (RAs), individual halls/complexes' facility management, counseling, behavior management, and advising individual hall/complex Hall Councils.
