We offer a variety of on-campus living options to meet your housing needs - from traditional residence halls and suites to apartments and theme houses.

Traditional Residence Halls

First-year students live in the following traditional residence halls (themes listed are for 2016-2017):

25 W. Home Street

25 West Home Street Residence Hall

Suite-style rooms with mostly two double bedrooms connected through a bathroom. A number of double rooms with their own private bathroom are also available. Home to the Gender Inclusive Learning Community, Open Space 25. Houses 200 upperclass students, mainly juniors.

Clements Hall

Clements Hall

Traditional style hall with mostly double rooms and shared floor restrooms. Houses 77 upperclass students, primarily sophomores, on three floors. Connected to Hanby, the complex is often referred to as Clanby by students.

Commons Apartments on Home Street & Park Street

Park Street Commons_SP15

Apartment living for juniors and seniors with a majority of apartments featuring four single bedrooms. Each complex houses 88 students.

Davis Hall 

Davis Hall and Davis Annex Residence Halls

Traditional style hall with mostly double rooms, housing 115 first year students on two floors. Davis Hall is home to the Health & Wellness Living Learning Community (LLC).

DeVore Hall

Devore Hall_Spring 2015

Houses 174 upperclass students, primarily juniors, in suite-style rooms consisting of two double rooms connected through a bathroom. A few single rooms with private baths are available.

Dunlap-King Hall

Dunlap King Hall

Traditional style hall housing 96 students, primarily first years, in double rooms and four triples for women. Home of the STEM Community allowing students in the Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics to live in close proximity to each other and welcome faculty into the building for hall events. .

Hanby Hall

Hanby Hall

Traditional style hall for 119 upperclass students with mostly double and three triple rooms.Connected to Clements Hall through the lounge, the two buildings operate as one, dubbed Clanby by residents.

Engle, Garst & Scott Halls (The Triad)

Triad housing complex

Traditional style halls with double rooms. Scott Hall houses 34 women, Engle Hall houses 42 men and Garst Hall houses 74 first-year and upperclass men and women. Garst Hall provides continuous housing for students residing on campus during summer and winter break periods. Garst will be home to Arts Appreciation, the Radical Creativity Living Learning Community (LLC) and Open Space in 2016-2017.

Mayne Hall

Mayne Hall

Traditional style hall for students in the Honors Program and in 2016-2017, will welcome the Leadership LLC. Houses 138 first-year and upperclass men and women on four floors in primarily double rooms with two singles for women on the first floor.

The Office of Residence Life is located in the back of Hanby Hall on Cochran Alley.
