Group Fitness Class

From pilates to cardio bootcamp to yoga, we offer a variety of fitness classes to help you burn extra calories and change up your typical treadmill routine. Our classes are free to all students, faculty and staff. No registration is required, so join us any time!

Boot Camp Express:
A 30-minute class designed to maximize calorie burn using cardio and strength moves and a variety of equipment. Stay for 45 minutes of Yoga afterwards to cool down!

Kickboxing:
High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations.

Sculpt & Abs:
Work your total body and strengthen your core in this class designed to increase muscle strength and muscle tone through the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body bars.

Yoga:
Improve your flexibility, decrease stress, and increase strength. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Zumba:
Join this high energy workout based on Latin dance moves and you will have tons of fun while getting in shape!

Otterbein is located adjacent to the 23 mile Westerville bikeway/leisure path. See the City of Westerville site for more details. 

The Westerville Community Center 
is a 96,600 square foot facility which offers a leisure pool with water slides and a lazy river; an 8-lane lap pool; walking/running track; gymnasium; fitness room; and an indoor climbing wall.
