Tuition Waiver for Full-Time Employee and Spouse
Employee: After six months of service, employee may enroll in any course at Otterbein for $25 fee per term.
Spouse: After one year, spouse may take undergraduate classes for $25 fee per term. Spouse may take graduate courses at 50% reduction after 3 years.
Please note: This only applies to Otterbein employees.
Dependent Tuition Waiver
After 3 years of service, or pro-rated for fewer years of service, dependent children may take undergraduate classes for up to four academic years. Tuition waiver only. No room and board.
Tuition Exchange Scholarship Program
After 3 years of service, no pro-rated benefits, dependent children may be eligible to attend one of 500 other institutions on approved list for up to four academic years. Tuition waiver only. No room and board.
