Westerville, OH—The Otterbein University Enrichment Series and Department of Art will be hosting a drive-in movie screening at 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, on the side of the Art and Communication Building, 33 Collegeview Rd. Viewers are invited to enjoy the screening of Otterbein students’ videos and curated professional artist works in cars or in chairs that will be available for outdoor seating. In the event of rain, the film screening will be held in the Otterbein University Campus Center, 100 W. Home St.
The screening is co-curated by Tricia Van Eck and Alexander Stewart. Van Eck is the Artistic Director of 6018 NORTH (Chicago, IL), a non-profit space for experimental culture, installation, performance, and sound. She served as associate curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago.
Stewart teaches in the School of Cinema and Interactive Media at DePaul University, IL. He programs a monthly screening series at Roots & Culture Gallery in Chicago.
