OtterFit Program

OtterFit Program

The OtterFit Health and Fitness Program is an opportunity for faculty and staff to use the services of a Health Promotion and Fitness major as their personal trainer.

All training sessions occur in the Clements and Rike Centers under the auspices of an assigned student personal trainer and are usually held between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. A twice per week, 60 minute per session commitment is required on the part of the faculty and staff participant in order to “qualify” for the free services of a trainer. A fitness assessment is required of the client in the first and final weeks of the term with the training sessions occurring in the weeks between.

If you are interested in learning more or you would like to register for this opportunity, please contact Kim Fischer at 614.823.3542.
