From pilates to cardio bootcamp to yoga, we offer a variety of fitness classes to help you burn extra calories and change up your typical treadmill routine. Our classes are free to all students, faculty and staff. No registration is required, so join us any time!

Total Body Sculpt
All classes are held in the Rike Center Dance Room
Core Conditioning (Stephanie): This class focuses on core strength for the abs and low back, balance, and stability as well as cardio/agility drills.
Muscle Madness (Angi): A full-body muscle conditioning class using traditional sets for each muscle and opposing muscle group utilizing various equipment such as hand weights.
Pilates (Natasha): Strengthen your core through traditional Pilates exercises while also improving flexibility and body awareness.
Power Yoga (Stephanie): Step up the intensity of your Yoga workout with this more advanced class which includes more difficult poses in addition to a flowing format guaranteed to get your heart rate up.
Total Body Sculpt (Brianna): This class targets all of the major muscles using a variety of equipment.
Yoga (Stephanie): Explore a variety of poses designed to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. Relieve muscle tension and stress using your mind, body, and breath. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Zumba (Emily): Join this high energy workout based on Latin dance moves and you will have tons of fun while getting in shape!

The Westerville Community Center is a 96,600 square foot facility which offers a leisure pool with water slides and a lazy river; an 8-lane lap pool; walking/running track; gymnasium; fitness room; and an indoor climbing wall.
