Fitness Classes

From pilates to cardio bootcamp to yoga, we offer a variety of fitness classes to help you burn extra calories and change up your typical treadmill routine. Our classes are free to all students, faculty and staff. No registration is required, so join us any time!

Zumba

Muscle Madness (Angi): A full-body muscle conditioning class using traditional sets for each muscle and opposing muscle group utilizing various equipment such as hand weights.

Pilates (Michelle): Strengthen your core through traditional Pilates exercises while also improving flexibility and body awareness.  

Rep ‘N Step (Ashley):  If you're looking to have FUN while building lean muscle, increasing flexibility and improving your cardiovascular fitness, come check out this class! 

TurboKick (Hikari): an interval based, full body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations.

Zumba (Emily): Join this high energy workout based on Latin dance moves and you will have tons of fun while getting in shape!

Otterbein is located adjacent to the 23 mile Westerville bikeway/leisure path. See the City of Westerville site for more details. 

The Westerville Community Center 
is a 96,600 square foot facility which offers a leisure pool with water slides and a lazy river; an 8-lane lap pool; walking/running track; gymnasium; fitness room; and an indoor climbing wall.
