Professor's Exhibition on Display in Miller Gallery

Art Professor Gretchen Stevens Cochran's exhibit, Makaibari Diary: A Reciprocal Tourist's Gaze, will be on display in the Miller Gallery, 33 Collegeview Rd., August 27 through October 5. A reception will be held on Thursday, September 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Makaibari Diary: A Reciprocal Tourist's Gaze is a sabbatical exhibition exploring the reciprocal nature of a "tourist's gaze" exchanged with the women who pluck tea int he Makaibari Tea Gardens in Darjeeling, India.

Gallery hours: M-F 8 a.m.-4 p.m.; Sa. and Su., 1-4 p.m. Closed holidays.
