Joe DeLoss to Lead World Cafe at Spring Summit

Joe DeLoss, founder of Nobul in Columbus, will lead the World Café discussion on social innovation efforts during the Community Impact Summit at Otterbein University on April 13.

Joe DeLoss is an ambitious social entrepreneur with a particular interest in workforce development. In the spring of 2011, Joe founded Nobul – a Columbus-based company committed to creating bold, sustainable solutions to community challenges. Nobul’s current adventure, FrameWork, aims to solve the growing employment crisis by developing and leasing a motivated, reliable, and loyal workforce to companies seeking entry-level labor. Previously, Joe founded a social enterprise venture called Freshbox Catering for Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio. The business earned him acclaim in the top 5 of BusinessWeek’s 2010 Young Entrepreneur competition.

Joe is currently an adjunct instructor at the Fisher College of Business (OSU). He maintains seats on several local boards and additionally on city and county task forces related to issues of workforce. Joe graduated Summa Cum Laude from Capital University in 2006 with bachelor degrees in both Business and Communication.
