As an Otterbein employee, you are eligible the first of the month after employment, provided you enroll within 30 days after hire date or during annual open enrollment.
- Health Care Reimbursement Account: Pre-tax dollars can be put aside to pay for medical, dental, & vision costs not reimbursed by insurance.
- Limited Purpose Account for HSA Enrollees Only: Pre-tax dollars can be put aside to pay for dental and vision related costs not reimbursed by insurance.
- Dependent Care Reimbursement Account: Pre-tax dollars can be set aside for expenses for care of dependent child or dependent spouse or parent.
- Premium Redirection Account: Premiums for health and dental insurance can be deducted on a pre-tax basis.
