Camp Policies and Important Information

Registration and payment: On-line registration for equine camp begins in March 2, 2015 on this site. You must pay by credit card at the time of registration. Music camp registration is by invitation only. Music camp applicants are invited to submit their auditions on this site. Approved applicants will be contacted on how to register.

Parent packets: A packet will be e-mailed to registrants containing waiver documents for parent signature on or around May 15. Documents must be signed and submitted on or before the first day of camp.

Withdraw: The last day to withdraw from camp and receive a full refund is May 15, 2015.

Wait lists: In the event that a camp reaches capacity, registrants will be placed on a wait list on a first-come-first-served basis. If a spot becomes available, Otterbein will contact the next individual on the wait list.

First day of camp: Signed waiver documents contained in the parent packet must be turned in to the camp director by the first day of camp. There will be no refunds at this time.

Cancellations: Otterbein reserves the right to cancel a camp due to insufficient enrollment or just cause. In the event a camp is canceled, Otterbein will contact the registrant and issue a full refund.

Student conduct: Otterbein University reserves the right to accept or reject any application and expel any student whose conduct is detrimental to the other students, according to the camp director’s judgment.
