The CTL offers instructors a chance to examine and enhance their teaching through systematic evidence-based analysis, reference to research on teaching and learning, and critical self-reflection.

Departmental Consultations and Workshops
Departments may request facilitated conversations about disciplinary teaching issues or curricula, or they may request the development of a customized workshop on a particular topic.

Leadership Development
Institutional leadership often emerges from within the faculty, yet few faculty members have explicit preparation for the roles of department chair or dean. The CTL, in collaboration with the Office of Academic Affairs, provides support and training for those faculty members who are intentionally working to develop their leadership skills.
