New Equestrian Scholarship Opportunity

New freshmen and transfer students who are admitted to Otterbein University with a major in Equine Business Management, Equine Veterinary Technology or Equine Pre-Veterinary/Pre-Graduate Studies and who ride on the Otterbein Equestrian Team may qualify.

All Students must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA to be considered. All applicants must:

  • Complete the Equestrian Scholarship Application (PDF).
  • Provide video footage highlighting their riding ability.
  • Provide a riding/competition résumé.
    Résumé should include: competition history, club memberships/offices held, awards and equestrian trainer and/or industry professional references.
The Department of Equine Science may require students to participate in a riding evaluation to be awarded this scholarship or visit the center for a personalized evaluation and tour.
