We offer a variety of on-campus living options to meet your housing needs - from traditional residence halls and suites to apartments and theme houses.

Traditional Residence Halls

First-year students are eligible to live in the following residence halls:

25 W. Home Street

25 West Home Street Residence Hall

Suite-style rooms with mostly two double bedrooms connected through a bathroom. A number of double rooms with their own private bathroom are also available. Home to the Gender Inclusive Learning Community, Open Space 25. Houses 200 upperclass men and women.

Clements Hall

Clements Hall

Traditional style hall with mostly double rooms. Houses 77 upperclass men and women on three floors.

Commons Apartments on Home Street & Park Street

Commons Apartments on campus

Apartment living for juniors and seniors with a majority of apartments featuring four single bedrooms. Each complex houses 89 students.

Davis Hall 

Davis Hall and Davis Annex Residence Halls

Traditional style hall with mostly double rooms, housing 115 first year and upperclassmen students with men on 1st floor and women on the 2nd floor. Davis Hall is home to the Sports in Society and Health & Wellness Living Learning Communities (LLCs).

DeVore Hall

DeVore Hall

Suite-style rooms with two double bedrooms connected through a bathroom. A limited number of singles with private baths. Houses 174 upperclass men and women.

Dunlap-King Hall

Dunlap King Hall

Traditional style hall with a focus on Arts Appreciation. New in 2015, Open Space DK welcomes students of all genders and sexualities interested in living in a safe, supportive environment. Mainly double rooms with four triples for women. Houses 96 first-year and upperclass men and women.

Hanby Hall

Traditional style hall with mostly double and limited triple rooms. Home to the Leadership Living Learning Community (LLC). Houses 119 first-year and upperclass men and women.

Engle, Garst & Scott Halls (The Triad)

Triad housing complex

Traditional style halls with double rooms. Scott Hall houses 34 women, Engle Hall houses 42 men and Garst Hall houses 74 first-year and upperclass men and women. Garst Hall provides continuous housing for students residing on campus during summer and winter break periods.

Mayne Hall

Mayne Hall

Traditional style hall for students in the Honors Program along with a themed community for STEM majors. Mostly double rooms with two single rooms on the first floor for women. Houses 138 first-year and upperclass men and women.

On-campus houses for groups of 4-5 upperclass students focused on a common goal.

The Office of Residence Life is located in the back of Hanby Hall on Cochran Alley.
