Password Management

Network account password change

Click here to change your Otterbein network password affecting the following logons:

  • Blackboard
  • Computer labs
  • Connection to OtterbeinU or eduroam Wi-Fi
  • ePortfolio
  • My O-Zone
  • Office 365 including Otterbein Outlook on the web email
  • Otterbein owned computer
  • Web Help Desk
Note: Prior to changing your password, first go to Wi-Fi settings and forget (remove) OtterbeinU and eduroam on your mobile device. Once the password change is completed, then reconnect to OtterbeinU and eduroam using the new password. If you don't remove Otterbein Wi-Fi connected accounts first, the mobile device may try to connect multiple times with the old password which could cause the network to disable or lock your account.
