Network Account Password Change

Click here to change your Otterbein network password affecting the following logons:

  • Blackboard
  • Computer labs
  • Connection to OtterbeinU or eduroam Wi-Fi
  • ePortfolio
  • My O-Zone
  • Office 365
  • Otterbein owned computer
  • Web Help Desk

Note: Network logon username is firstletterfirstnamelastname for faculty and staff (jdoe). Username is firstname.lastname for students (jane.doe).  Prior to changing your password, first go to Wi-Fi settings and forget (disconnect) OtterbeinU and Eduroam on your mobile device. Once the password change is completed, then reconnect to OtterbeinU and Eduroam using the new password. If you don't disable Wi-Fi accounts first, the mobile device may try to connect multiple times with the old password which could cause the network to disable the account.
