Educate

Otterbein Women's Leadership Network

The goal of the Otterbein Women's Leadership NET is to educate women and girls in skills and strategies to develop as leaders by:

  • Developing Otterbein leadership courses for undergraduates.
  • Cultivating a graduate/certificate women's leadership program/lecture series.
  • Creating one-time annual opportunities/lectures/workshops.

New Initiative
In Fall 2013, Otterbein University and HandsOn Central Ohio will join forces to provide a Non-Profit Leadership Certificate. The Certificate will be non-credit bearing and take one calendar year to complete. Curriculum for the Certificate will be presented in evening and weekend formats at affordable cost. You do not need to be working toward the Certificate to take the courses offered. A kick-off, presenting the program, curriculum, and faculty, will be held this spring on the Otterbein campus.
