Girls' Summer Leadership Programs

Just 4 Girls Camp

The NET is committed to providing leadership education for local girls during the summer. Girls have the opportunity to explore Otterbein's campus, interact and connect with Otterbein student leaders and meet new friends.

Just 4 Girls

Otterbein offers a unique summer camp experience for teenage girls interested in enhancing their leadership potential. The institute is facilitated by university students led by Julie Graber, CEO of The Institute of Women - a research think-tank in Columbus working to improve the lives of women and girls. The girls explore their own leadership skills, participate in team problem-solving activities and design their own social issues campaign as part of the two-and-a-half-day camp.

Girls Leadership Academy

Hosted by the Girl Scouts, Go Lead! Academy is a highly interactive leadership development experience that offers high school girls the opportunity to improve their leadership, learn about advocacy, identify community needs, and work in groups to develop a social change project. Over five days and four nights, girls participated in leadership and advocacy sessions, off campus field trips and sessions to learn about the college experience.
