Otterbein University Student Government consists of 60 students, elected or appointed, to serve as the representative body for all Otterbein Students. All Student Government positions are listed below.

Student Government is led by Executive Officers who are elected into office as a President and Vice President ticket or individuals elected to serve as Secretary and Treasurer.
The President shall be the Chief Executive officer of the Otterbein University Student Government.
The President shall be an Executive officer of the Otterbein University Student Government working closely with the President in the leadership of the Student Government.
The Secretary is an elected officer who will be the primary medium through which Student Government will communicate announcements and information to Otterbein students, administrators, faculty, and staff and oversees elections while serving as chair of the Elections Committee.
The Treasurer is an elected officer who will serve as the chief fiscal officer of Student Government and will oversee the distribution of funds while serving as the chair of the Allocations Committee.
The remainder of Student Government are the Senators, elected or appointed, to represent various constituency groups on campus. From among these Senators, a Speaker and Parliamentarian are elected each year.
The Speaker will be a Senator nominated and elected by the Senators at the first meeting of the Student Government after Inauguration. The Speaker will serve as a member of the Executive Committee and serve as a representative of the Senators of the Student Government.
The Parliamentarian will be a Senator nominated and elected by the Senators at the first meeting of the Student Government after Inauguration. The Parliamentarian will serve as an officer of the Student Government with all of the same voting rights and responsibilities of other Senators.
