We offer convenient class times for busy schedules, but if you are available during the day for classes, you can take advantage of any one of our 70 plus majors and 44 minors.

Degree Completion Program

Otterbein University’s Leadership degree completion program is designed for the adult transfer student. The Leadership degree completion program consists of 64 semester hours of course work. A total of 126 semester hours are needed for graduation. This program would work well for the student who has earned an Associate’s degree and who would like to complete a Bachelor’s degree.

Your previously earned hours will count toward your Otterbein degree. All classes are offered in the evenings, making it possible for busy working adults to attend class. The Leadership degree completion major is listed below to see the courses you will be taking as you complete your college journey. For more information contact the Adult and Transfer Admission Office.
