I was born in the Soviet Union, went to college there, and then worked for an Academy of Sciences economic research institution. I came to study at graduate school in the U.S. at Ohio State. After getting my Masters, I taught at OSU for several years, then went to work in the private sector. I got back into teaching Economics in 2014 here at Otterbein, as an adjunct instructor, and was hired as a visiting instructor in AY2023/2024.

Using Input-Output inter-sector model to forecast energy needs of the economy of the USSR
