In this workshop, you will learn how to cope with socio-political stress. Different tools to manage stress will be discussed, such as self-care, meditation, emotional regulation, and campus opportunities. Students will get the opportunity to listen to an overview of these activities then visit different stations to practice these tools. Open to all students.
