Shannah Paddock

As the Director of Development at Otterbein University, Shannah is excited to be returning to her love of higher education and share her expertise in fundraising. Shannah is passionate and eager to support the mission of the University. Shannah will be focusing on the cultivation and stewardship of the University’s alumni, parents, and friends in the state of Ohio with a strong emphasis on central Ohio.

Shannah has many years of non-profit fundraising experience including the American Cancer Society, Alzheimer’s Association, Joe Andruzzi Foundation,and ALS Association. Most recently Shannah managed the social program at The Grand Event Center/Courtyard by Marriott OSU.

Shannah received her B.S. in psychology and rehabilitation studies and her M.Ed. in Student Personnel in Higher Education at Springfield College in Massachusetts. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outside, and staying involved in the community.
