Continental Breakfast: assorted muffins, pastries, bagels, toast, spreads, yogurt, fruit, granola, cold cereal, assorted juices, coffee, hot tea, chocolate milk, regular milk, gluten free and vegan options of the above.
Full Breakfast: Continental Breakfast above plus; scrambled eggs, egg special (rotating options, cheesy eggs, Denver eggs etc.), breakfast potatoes, pancakes/French Toast/biscuits and gravy etc. breakfast meat (rotating options, sausage, bacon, ham, turkey sausage, etc.), breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, grits, oatmeal or hot cereal.
Brunch Menu: The above Continental along with a version of full breakfast that includes the options above. We also have the V2/Inspired Eats Station, Spoon and Fork, Full Salad Bar including Vegan and Vegetarian proteins, Self Serv Deli.
Full Lunch/Dinner: Allergen/Vegan (Inspired Eats) station, Entrée Station (Spoon and Fork), Inclusive Dining Station (Build A Bowl, Rotating Ethnic Cuisine etc.), Pizza Station (pepperoni, cheese, rotating special), Grill (rotating options, burgers, sausage, hot dog, chicken sandwich etc.) Full Salad Bar including Vegan and Vegetarian proteins, Self Serv Deli, Soup Station.
