Marilyn Neitz Narby, Class of 1952

Marilyn Neitz Narby ’52 died Dec. 21, 2019. Marilyn was born in Barberton, Ohio Feb. 20, 1930 to the late Glenn and Doris Webb Neitz. She graduated from Otterbein College where she was involved in the Theta Nu (Greenwich) sorority.
Marilyn retired after 28 years from the North Syracuse Central School District where she had taught primarily at Main Street Elementary and Lakeshore Road Elementary schools. She was a member of the Daughters of the Nile, Ilderim Temple No. 15.
Marilyn was predeceased in death by her siblings, Carl, Shirley Ann and Ruth and her first husband, Raymond Shirk ’51.
Surviving are her husband, Paul Narby; children, Anne Shirk ’79, Michael (Rose) Shirk and Bradley G. (Lynn) Shirk; three grandchildren, Zacharie, Jacob, and Ryan and nieces and nephews.
