Success and finding happiness for Jonathan started by following his passions. Coming from an Air Force family, he has enjoyed a connection to aerospace since birth. After graduating from Otterbein in 2015, Jonathan began his career with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics; where he led executive communications for 9,000 Engineering & Technology and Supply Chain Management employees. At Aeronautics, he led the creation of the corporation’s first weekly news broadcast for 24,000 employees. Jonathan then joined the Lockheed Martin Communications Leadership Development Program. As part of his rotations, he led enterprise communications for Human Resources / Diversity & Inclusion and culture optimization efforts while also leading the execution of Opportunity Impact, the corporation’s first external narrative on economic impact and workforce development. Upon graduating from this leadership program, Jonathan joined the Worldwide Media Relations team at Lockheed Martin’s Corporate Headquarters. He leads the corporation’s advanced technologies portfolio and serves as a media analyst for brand sentiment and program performance. Even with busy career, Jonathan has made time to mentor countless students at Otterbein. He leads these mentoring conversations by striving to ask the right questions, by inspiring passion-led decisions, and by offering a clear perspective on the reality of corporate America.
