Just because you don’t live on campus, doesn’t mean you won’t have the same Otterbein experience as students who do. We offer many services and resources to help you to connect with the campus community and make Otterbein your home away from home.
Commuter Services
So, you want to know how you can get connected on campus? You could join a student organization, have coffee with staff and fellow commuter students, or sign up for one of our commuter partnership programs. Just because you don’t live here, doesn’t mean you can’t stay and play!
Commuter Student Lounge
The Otterbein Commuter Student Lounge is located in the basement of Towers Hall. In the lounge, there are lockers commuter students can enter into a drawing for at the beginning of each semester, a fridge, freezer, and various other kitchen/living supplies.

Commuter Student Association
The Commuter Student Association (CSA) helps you become active in campus life and informed of all the available student organizations and relevant campus news. The CSA gives you and other commuter students a voice in the Otterbein community. The CSA holds meetings and sponsors activities throughout the year for commuters and other students. To get involved in the CSA, please email cse@otterbein.edu.
