Cohort of Columbus City Schools Alumni to Graduate from Otterbein University Sunday

On Sunday, April 28, a cohort of 26 Columbus City Schools (CCS) graduates will walk across the stage to receive their Otterbein degrees with the Class of 2019. On April 44, Otterbein hosted a special celebration for the students and their friends, families, teachers and professors. First Engineering Class a Highlight of Otterbein University’s Commencement Weekend

Otterbein University will celebrate the graduation of 426 undergraduate students and 129 graduate students in the Class of 2019 this weekend, April 27-28. Of the 426 undergraduate students, 21 represent the first cohort to earn an engineering degree from Otterbein. Girls Who Code club encourages young women to pursue computer science

Alumna Rebekah Perry ’18 receives grant for conservation community outreach

Sherman Heckler Named Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs

Wendy Sherman Heckler has accepted the position of Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. Sherman Heckler began her career at Otterbein University as an associate professor of science education in 2007, and served as director of graduate programs in education from 2009 to 2012. She was associate vice president for academic affairs and dean of university programs from 2012 to 2017.
