Professionally, a seasoned top-performing leader and strategist at for-profit and nonprofit organizations, with a proven track record developing and implementing long-term plans, creating strong relationships, and managing multi-million-dollar budgets. Currently a Business and Leadership Senior Lecturer/Professor at Otterbein University. Recently, President and Chair of the Board for the Columbus Catholic Young Adult Conference and one of the original leaders who started the conference.
